Can you arrange shipping to my country?
Certainly. If you do not have your own freight forwarder, we can assist in organizing the logistics to your destination.
Do you offer OEM services?
We accept all OEM orders. Simply provide your design requirements, and we will offer a reasonable price and prepare samples for you as soon as possible.
What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard terms are T/T or LC at sight, with a 50% deposit in advance and the remaining 50% balance due before shipment.
How long is the typical production lead time?
The lead time depends on the product type and order quantity. Generally, an order with MOQ quantity takes approximately 15 days.
When can I expect to receive a quotation?
We typically provide quotations within 24 hours of receiving an inquiry. If your request is urgent, please specify in your communication so we can prioritize it.
