Applications & Usage
Heated tubing is specifically designed to work with CPAP machines.
Intended Use
- Disposable heated breathing tube for delivery of humidified respiratory gases.
- For use with High-flow therapy devices in hospitals, care facilities, and at home.
- Compatible patient interfaces: nasal cannula and tracheostomy interface.
Usage Instructions
1. Ensure high flow system is off and connect breathing tube to humidifier, make sure inlet collar is fully clicked down into place.
2. Connect the breathing tube to compatible patient interface, make sure outlet is securely attached.
3. Start the high flow system, once working properly, wear patient interface.
4. Position the breathing tube below patient interface so that condensate flows away from the patient.
5. After using, take off the patient interface, stop the high flow system, and disconnect the breathing tube.
