This system is a low pressure pneumatic conveying device adopting a Roots blower or high pressure centrifugal fan as the air supply mechanism. The feeding device is often a specific type of rotary feeder selected based on the application. Once the fan is started, positive pressure air is delivered into the conveying pipeline. Materials from the feeder or hopper are forcibly fed into the pipeline through the rotary valve feeder, where they mix with the airflow. The airflow then carries the materials along the conveying pipe to the destination silo. After passing through the material-air separation device, the air is filtered and discharged into the atmosphere. The system enables continuous conveying, characterized by low velocity and stability.
